Here she is, after all this time. This kind 14-year-old (b. June 18, 1997) is Penny, a mute girl with a taste for loud rock music. She's a new girl at the school Miranda, Esmeralda, Megan, Trista, and Ellen attend. For several reasons, including her model, she is a frequent target for her new schoolmates' insults, especially those of Megan and Trista's.
